Description
Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada's (AAFC) Saskatoon Research Centre and Saskatoon Research Farm require Janitorial Services for a four (4) year period which includes multiple buildings.

Request for Quotation (RFQ) Packages for bidding are available from natalie.oneill@agr.gc.ca or by calling (306) 523-6561. Packages will not be sent electronically.

BIDDERS ARE ADVISED TO REVIEW THE RFQ DOCUMENTS THOROUGHLY.

There will be a mandatory site visit on July 7, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. Your submission will be considered non-compliant if you or a representative from your company does not attend the site visit.

Written questions must be submitted to natalie.oneill@agr.gc.ca on or before 12:00 p.m., local Regina time on July 14, 2015.

Sealed Submissions will be received by AAFC, 300 - 2010 12th Avenue, REGINA SK  S4P 0M3 until 2:00 p.m., local Regina time, July 28, 2015.  Submissions will not be considered unless all mandatory requirements and forms are submitted as per the instructions contained in the RFQ.
