    Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Unexploded Explosive Ordnance (UXO) Services 
    BC14MVK1, Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) – UXO Services, Okanagan Indian Bands (OKIB) Lands, Vernon, British Columbia
    
    In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from contractors to provide unexploded explosive (UXO) services on an as and when required basis for UXO Legacy sites on Okanagan Indian Bands (OKIB) lands. Some activities may include but are not limited to the following: UXO avoidance, signage installation, site characterization, geophysical surveys etc.
    
    Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals.  The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise.  The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.
    
    This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
    
    The maximum estimated value until March 31, 2016 is $500,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods and increased in the order of $1,000,000.00 for each additional period.
