    This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, Pacific Region.

    Nature of Requirements: 
    
    The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. 
    
    The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide translation and interpretation services for offenders where it is related to their case management. The work will involve the following:
    
    Objectives: To provide interpretation and written translation services on an as-needed basis for offender case management meetings, Parole Board of Canada hearings, etc.
    
    Deliverables: The Contractor must provide oral interpretation services.  The work must be carried out at the location/site the meeting or hearing is being held.  The Contractor must provide translation services in a variety of languages other than French and English.

Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
