TITLE:   Media Coverage Monitoring

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
The provider must be able to provide services for monitoring traditional media, social media and blogs to compile press reviews and analyses of the media coverage of the Parks Canada Agency. This tool must also enable users to produce reports, manage media requests, and archive requests, analysis reports and data.

Parks Canada Agency media coverage monitoring must be available through a single tool on a single web platform, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.


CLOSING DATE AND TIME: 

July 29, 2015 at 1400 hrs (EDT)

NOTE TO POTENTIAL BIDDERS:

Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. CONTRACT PERIOD: 

The provider shall provide media coverage monitoring services from September 1, 2015, to August 31, 2018, for a period of three years.

This PCA office provides procurement services to the public in either official language of Canada.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
