Formualte, administer, and host online candidate evaluations on behalf of Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC)

This requirement is for Employment and Social Development Canada. 

Description of the requirement: 
The Contractor will be responsible for the development of the written exam evaluations, which will include: developing the multiple choice questions; developing the scenario based questions; and for select candidates, developing a bilingual assessment in the form of a second scenario question.  All aspects of the written exam will be developed in collaboration with the Project Authority, as well as associated answer keys and a rating guide. The Contractor will also be responsible to correct all exams, as prescribed by the Project Authority, as well as provide detailed reporting on the candidate results. 
The Contractor will administer and host the online exam, all in a secure online environment, accessed via a portal or otherwise, as part of the selection process for full-time and part-time SST member positions.  The scenario questions must be available in a Microsoft Word or Word Perfect environment. 

Proposed period of contract:

The contract period is estimated to be for 3 years from the date of contract award.
