NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT Title: Uninterrupted Power Source Trade Agreement: N/A Requirement: The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Operational Communications Centre, (OCC) Whitehorse, Yukon, requires a computer grade Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) to provide conditioned power for sensitive, mission critical computer technology loads. Proposed Period of Contract: Delivery is requested by September 15, 2015. Evaluation: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. Tender Enquiries: Bidders intending to submit tenders on this requirement should obtain the tender/solicitation documents including Addenda and/or Amendments through the Government Electronic Tendering System at www.buy and sell.gc.ca. Bidders that elect to base their bids on tender/solicitation documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their intension to bid. In all cases , bidders must indicate (when requested) in the space provided on the tender form identification number(s) of the addenda, if any, that they have taken into consideration for their bid.
