The Contractor will perform and oversee the collection of samples of fresh retail food for the Canadian Integrated Program for Antimicrobial Resistance Surveillance (CIPARS) and water (e.g. surface water sources, irrigation ditches etc) samples for FoodNet Canada in British Columbia from August 2015 through July, 2018.
