Description
CMHC wishes to enter into a contract with a service provider of economic (and other related) data and economic forecasts. The service provider will be required to provide access to economic time series from CANSIM as well as provide economic forecasts for the U.S., Canada, all Provinces and Territories, and all the Census Metropolitan Areas for which Statistics Canada provides economic data. Other related data would include, but not be limited to, an index of consumer and business confidence, a Canadian industrial outlook, a population and household formation database, and a Help Wanted Index. The term of this contract is expected to be for 1 year with the potential for 2, 1-year renewal options at CMHC’s discretion and not expected to exceed $200,000 including all applicable taxes. Submissions must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EDT, on August 19, 2015. Please note that CMHC will not distribute solicitation documents that are posted on buyandsell.gc.ca. Suppliers must download the solicitation document and attachments directly from the tender page.
