    Description
    CMHC wishes to enter into a contract with a vendor for the purpose of developing a better understanding of potential housing market risks and vulnerabilities that could result from housing investor activities and motivations. 
    
    The term of this contract is expected to be for 9 months and not expected to exceed $75,000 including all applicable taxes. Submissions must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EDT, on August 26, 2015.
