Description
CMHC wishes to enter into a contract with a consultant to investigate, inventory and describe tools, practices, approaches or methodologies that are currently available in the marketplace (including the residential, Institutional, Commercial and Industrial sectors) that can assist housing providers in managing the physical and financial condition of their stock.

The term of this contract is expected to be for approximately 4 months and the value of this contract is not expected to exceed $50,000 including all applicable taxes. Submissions must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EDT, on August 28, 2015.
