Miette Hot Springs Staff Accommodation Roofing – Jasper National Park

Requirement:

Work for this Contract comprises of removing the existing tar and gravel roof and installing an insulated standing seam metal roof for the Miette Hot Springs Staff Accommodation Building in Jasper National Park.


Optional Site Visit

There will be a site visit on August 20, 2015 at 1:00 PM. Interested bidders are to meet at the lobby of the Miette Hot Spring Bathhouse. The Miette Hot Springs are located 61 km east of Jasper town site, 51 km west of Hinton and 336 km west of Edmonton.

Bidders are asked to register prior to the site visit with the Contracting Authority.

The site visit for this project is OPTIONAL.  The representative of the bidder may be required to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit.


Project Timeline:

The work must be completed on or before November 30, 2015.

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.
