Description
Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) wishes to enter into a real estate brokerage contract with one (1) provider for the marketing of properties in its entire housing portfolio in the province of Quebec. The contract will be for a term of two (2) years. This contract may be renewed, at the sole discretion of CMHC, for two (2) additional periods of one (1) year, not to exceed a cumulative total of four (4) years, including the initial term. CMHC does not anticipate the contract value to be greater than about $2,750,000 per year. Submissions must be received at the location specified in the RFP document by the submission deadline of 4:00 p.m. EDT, on September 18, 2015. Please note that CMHC will not distribute solicitation documents that are posted on buyandsell.gc.ca. Suppliers must download the solicitation document and attachments directly from the tender page.
