Description
Employment and Skills Development Canada (ESDC), in collaboration with the provinces and territories as represented by Saskatchewan through the Forum of Labour Market Ministers (FLMM), is seeking competitive proposals, for the provision of a Business Implementation Plan to inform the launch of a new Labour Market Information Council (the "Council) under the FLMM. The objective for the Business Implementation Plan is to guide the implementation and operations of the Council.
