The Canadian Space Agency (CSA) is seeking to establish a contract for Project Monitor/Foreman for construction as defined in Annex "A", Statement of Work, till March 31, 2017 for the David Florida Laboratory (DFL) in Ottawa of the Canadian Space Agency (CSA).

The objective of the contract is to run the day-to-day operations of the construction site and to maintain a secure work environment for all projects associated with the Internal Accelerated Refit (IAR). The role of the project monitor/foreman includes important quality control and subcontractor coordination responsibilities while meeting the budget established of one or more simultaneous construction projects in accordance with a valid, executed contract, per CSA-DFL policies and procedures and work instructions.
