    Description of Work:
    All GoC Departments are required to ensure their public-facing websites and applications comply with TBS Web standards, including the Standard on Web Accessibility and the Standard on Web Usability, and to migrate to the new Canada.ca by December 2016. In addition, requirements for electronic news products have increased as part of the Canada.ca effort.
    	
    The resource must publish Communications products and assist the Department in meeting the requirements of Treasury Board Secretariat standards (including the Standard on Web Accessibility and the Standard on Web Usability) and assist with the preparation and migration of pages to Canada.ca.  This work involves publishing Commmunications products such as news releases, internal newsletters, departmental email as well as developing and/or converting departmental websites and web documents in specified formats to ensure their compliance with the new standards and templates (e.g. WET 4), and/or providing related advice and support to DFO management and staff.
