    Description
    The Public Service Commission (PSC) requires the services of a contractor to provide individuals that will monitor standard tests and provide support services at various locations and dates throughout Canada on an “as and when required basis”. 
    
    The scope of the resulting contract will be to provide some of the human resources to act as Test Monitors and other related services on an basis to assist with the execution of the examination process, including but not limited to the Post-Secondary Recruitment campaign. These services will be provided in major metropolitan areas and in smaller cities across Canada. Major metropolitan area examples are the Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa/Gatineau, Montreal and Vancouver. Examples of smaller cities include Victoria, Regina, Edmonton, Calgary, Quebec City, Whitehorse or St. John’s. It is anticipated that the majority of examinations will be conducted in close proximity to major universities and colleges. 
    
    The period of the proposed contract shall be for a one-year period from the date of contract award with options to extend the period of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods under the same terms and conditions.
