Description
CMHC requires a qualified proponent with a minimum five years experience to provide general contractor services on an as-and-when required basis. The services will include, but is not limited to various repair projects (including carpentry) throughout Granville Island and inside commercial buildings. This contract will be for a period of 3 years and the value is not expected to exceed $157,500, including all applicable taxes. Bids must be received as per the RFQ document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EDT, on September 28, 2015. Please note that CMHC will not distribute solicitation documents that are posted on buyandsell.gc.ca. Suppliers must download the solicitation document and attachments directly from the tender page.
