The attached file “wtd_printing_products_wrap-up_webinar_-_itq_criteria - Replaced.pdf”, released today on buyandsell.gc.ca, replaces the corrupt file. *********************************************************** Shared Services Canada (SSC) will host its Industry Engagement Wrap-up Webinar regarding Workplace Technology Devices Printing Products on March 21, 2016 from 1:15-3 pm EDT. Participants will be able to attend via teleconference or webcast. The purpose of the Industry Engagement Wrap-up Webinar is to: a) Indicate that this notice signifies the wrap-up of the Industry Engagement phase; b) Share SSC’s Invitation To Qualify (ITQ) Evaluation Criteria; c) Present SSC’s high level Go To Market Strategy and address any new questions or requests for clarification; and d) Invite Industry to participate in WTD Printing Products Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) in April. Please submit by March 16, 2016. *********************************************************** WTD Printing Products Update Shared Services Canada (SSC) intends to conclude the Industry Engagement phase of the Collaborative Procurement Solution process and release the Invitation to Qualify as a next step in the procurement process. SSC will release its proposed Go-To-Market Strategy for Workplace Technology Devices Printing Products in the coming days. This documentation addresses previous questions and feedback from industry, as well as input from GC stakeholders. SSC will hold a webinar at a date to be determined to address any new questions or requests for clarification and to signify the completion of Industry Engagement. *********************************************************** Shared Services Canada (SSC) is hereby issuing a Request for Information #3 to share the proposed high-level Draft Current Thinking Go-to-Market Strategy for Workplace Technology Devices (WTD) Printing Products. The proposed high-level Go-to-Market Strategy covers three distinct WTD Printing Products procurement streams, namely, Print Advisory Services, Print Integration Services, and Print Services. Further details on each of these streams are covered in the attached documents released with this notice. Vendors written feedback is optional however strongly encouraged and is due by January 7, 2016. ********************************************************** Please note, SSC plans to share the updated version of WTD Printing Products Draft ITQ criteria with Vendors registered to attend the one-on-one session for WTD Printing Products. The purpose of this second Industry Engagement Day is to: a) Share a summary of the industry feedback received to date; b) Present SSC’s outstanding business issues and questions; and c) Invite industry to register for one-on-one sessions with SSC to present their responses to the outstanding questions with regards to WTD Printing Products. These sessions will take place the week of November 16 to 20. A separate notice will be posted on BuyandSell to inform the industry on next steps for Bulk Printing Products. This feedback has proven extremely valuable and has helped us to strengthen our approach, while underscoring those key strategic areas that may require further analysis. In the interest of maintaining this dialogue, Shared Services Canada will host another web conferencing session with industry in late fall. During this session, we will present our revised recommendations based on the input received to date. We will then invite industry to participate in a subsequent series of one-on-one sessions, during which we will seek further industry feedback and advice on our revised recommendations and any key outstanding issues. We will leverage this input in refining our requirements, with the intent of launching the Invitation to Qualify phase of the Collaborative Procurement Solutions process early in the new year. We wish to thank you for your ongoing collaboration, and we look forward to working with you in designing the optimal end-state solution for Workplace Technology Devices Printing Products and Data Centre Printing Products.
