Johnson Canyon Campground and Minnewanka Day Use Washroom Renovations

Supply all necessary labour, material and equipment to complete interior and exterior renovations on 6 washroom/shower buildings located at the Johnston Canyon Campground and Minnewanka Day Use Area, Banff National Park, Banff Alberta
Closing Date: October 8, 2015; 2:00 pm (MT)

Delivery Date: The Work must be completed on or before March 31, 2016.

Site Visit: A Mandatory site visit is set for Wednesday, September 30, 2015, 1:00PM. Interested bidders are requested to first meet at the Asset Office located at 216 Hawk Avenue, Banff, Alberta. Please contact the Contracting Officer, Rose Marino at 403-760-1319, to confirm attendance. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders should confirm in their bid that they have attended the site visit. Bidders who do not attend the mandatory site visit or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bid will be declared non-responsive. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation 
National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.

Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders. Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.

Standard Terms and Conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of the Tender and Contract Documents.
