Description
Canada has a requirement for RIVERBED Maintenance and Support for RIVERBED products currently owned by Canada. The contract period for any resulting contract is intended to be 1 year, plus 2 -1 year option to extend the Contract Term. This Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP), RFP 10046558/A, is neither a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor a solicitation of bids or tenders and is intended only to advise Industry on Canada’s intent to solicit directly to RIVERBED resellers of RIVERBED Products and Services. No contract will result from this Notice. RFP 10046558/A is being issued to those Firms identified by Riverbed as having signed the Riverbed Partner addendum for the NESS/Federal government business. Canada reserves the right to cancel the procurement process at any time. Because the NPP is not a bid solicitation, suppliers who submit a response can choose not to bid on the subsequent bid solicitation.
