This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the Montreal Region for the following category(ies):

One (1) Level 3 Database Analyst

One (1) Level 2 Data Conversion Specialist

One (1) Level 2 WEB Developer

Description of Work:

Health Canada requires the services of a contractor to fulfill technical positions required in order to meet the Synergy in Action (SiA) project milestones and realize achievements.

The scope of the requirement includes: upgrade of technical infrastructure, regional roll-out of the BI and reporting systems. Epidemiologic work to develop validated standard health measures and support specific FNIHB administration data sources.

  • Bidders may submit a bid for one or all resource categories.
  • The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource
