5P300-15-5442 Fort George Pathway
Description of Work: To supply labour, equipment and supervision to prepare for double chip seal asphalt to paths and roadways as per Ainley Drawing 13576-1 Figures 1a and 2 and follow Ontario Provincial Standard for Double Chip Seal Application 303. The work will also include Section C, washed concrete as per Detail Drawing A. The work not include the asphalt application which will be tendered at a later date.
Closing Date and Time: November 5, 2015 at 2 pm (EST)
Site Visit Optional: There will be a site visit on Tuesday October 27, 2015 at 9 am EDT. Meet at the Fort George parking lot, 51 Queens Parade, Niagara-on-the-Lake L0S 1J0.
Under the National Parks Regulations, all work will be done in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations related to the National Parks Act.
Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.
Standard Terms and Conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of the Tender and Contract Documents.
Delivery Date: The work must be completed on or before March 31, 2016.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
