Fort George NHSC - Landscape, Lighting Project - Parks Canada

GENERAL WORK DESCRIPTION:

This project consists to supply material, labour, equipment and supervision to supply and install lighting fixtures as per Lighting Design by Fleisher Ridout Partnership Inc. drawings L1, E1-4 and specifications The work also include the installation of underground wiring, controls and wiring to existing electrical infrastructure.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: November 25, 2015 at 14:00 hrs (EST)
Sealed tenders will be received at: Parks Canada Agency, Contracting Operations, 3 Passage du Chien-d’Or, Québec, QC G1R 3Z8.

SITE VISIT:

There will be a site visit on Tuesday, November 10th, 2015 at 9:00 am. Bidders are asked to meet at the Fort George NHS parking lot, 51 Queens Parade, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, L0S 1J0.

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.

Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.
Standard Terms and Conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of the Tender and Contract Documents.

Delivery Date: Complete the work by March 31, 2016 from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
