TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement
Please note that the TSPS NPP MUST be published simultaneously with the issuance of the invitation to suppliers.

Description of the Requirement:
The objective of this requirement is to develop Guidance Documents to assist potential RFCPP applicants in meeting financial eligibility requirements (e.g. stacking limits) within each of Central and Arctic Region’s provinces and territories.
Each provincial/territorial document must outline all other key sources of government and non-government financial and in-kind support (minimum 15) that are available to conduct fisheries restoration works.
