Requirement
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of 126 small factor desktop microcomputer for Northern deployment. They are to be shipped to Ottawa, ON and final destination will be in a Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement (CLCA) area.
The Request for Proposal will be evaluated using mandatory criteria and price. To be considered responsive, a proposal must comply with all the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria. The bidder with the lowest responsive price will be recommended for contract award. A pre-award sample is required prior to contract award.
Delivery of good must be received on or before January 31, 2016.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
