Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Multi-Disciplinary Architectural and Engineering Consultant Services Source List for the Ontario Region.
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the commissions will be managed, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from consulting firms to establish a Source List to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements at various locations in Ontario. Location include but are not limited to CFB Borden, CFB Kingston, ASU London, LFCA TC Meaford, 22 Wing North Bay, CFB Petawawa, ASU Toronto, 8 Wing Trenton and the National Capital Region (Ontario). However, the majority of the commissions will be at CFB Kingston and CFB Petawawa.
The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposal (RFAP) is to select six (6) firms, with the highest total scores, who will be placed on a Source List (SL) with DCC to provide mutli-disciplinary architectural and engineering consultant services on an “as and when required” basis to a maximum estimated value of $9,000,000.00 for a period of three (3) years from the date of the SL establishment.
If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SL may be extended for up to two (2) additional one (1) year period each and increased in the order of $3,000,000.00 for each additional period or when the SL reaches its maximum limit.
Commissions are to be valued between $100,000 and $350,000. The SL is not a commitment by DCC to spend the entire amount.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals.
This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
