Maintenance Building Recapitalization Project. Signal Hill NHSC, Parks Canada
This project includes construction services for external modifications to the Signal Hill Maintenance Compound located on Signal Hill Rd., St. John’s, NL.
Modifications include but not limited to the replacement of existing wood siding and weather barrier, windows, shingles, doors, including overhead doors and associated finishing work.
There will be a non-mandatory site visit on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at 10:30am Newfoundland Standard Time. Bidders are asked to meet at Signal Hill Maintenance Compound((Just past the Geo Centre) at 230 Signal Hill Rd. St. John’s, NL.
The contractor shall complete the work by January 23, 2016. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following cost category: $100,000 to $300,000 (HST extra).
