Scope of Work:
The Salmonid Enhancement Program (SEP) at the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) Canada, more specifically in the Pacific region, requires drafting (writing) and updating of documents for planning and evaluation purposes to support ongoing development of its programs and facilities in response to changing scientific, legal, policy, and operating environments.
Purpose of this contract
To engage the services of one (1) or two (2) resources (consultants) to develop strategic and operational planning documents for the Salmonid Enhancement Program at DFO for “up to 40 days” per year within a professional services contract.
Duration of the contract
The services are to be performed during the period commencing upon the date of award of the contract until March 31, 2016 as outlined in the statement of work. DFO may offer an option to exercise a renewal of the service contract for up to two (2) one (1) year periods from April 1, 2016 until March 31, 2017 and from April 1, 2017 to March 30, 2018.
