SOURCE LIST (SL) FOR: IMMIGRATION, REFUGEES AND CITIZENSHIP CANADA REQUIREMENT – LAND TRANSPORTATION, TORONTO AND MONTREAL
This request is excluded from all of the obligations of the trade agreements currently in effect since National Security Exception has been invoked.
THIS LETTER OF INTEREST (LOI) IS NOT A SOLICITATION AND NO CONTRACT WILL RESULT FROM IT.
Intent
The Government of Canada is seeking Letters of Interest from interested companies that have the capacity, capability and availability to provide land transportation services in the form of Coach Buses, Minibuses, including some with wheelchair accessibility in the Toronto and Montreal areas on behalf of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
The purpose of this posting is to generate a list of possible suppliers that would be interested in being provided a copy of future solicitation(s) relating to the type of goods or services identified in the requirements described below.
Canada may, at its discretion, decide to only contact or solicit bids from the supplier that have responded to this LOI.
Requirements
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) requires land transportation services on a daily basis. The number of people to be transported is scalable and the exact figures are yet to be confirmed. First day of transportation is planned to be December 01, 2015. Transportation is required as scheduled below but may be extended until March 31, 2016.
