Description
The objective of this contract is to obtain specialized SAS services from 1 level 2 Programmer /Software Developer to provide support for the design development and implementation of the SAS EDW project for the PSC.
In addition to the specified deliverables, the consultant will provide mentoring and coaching to the PSC project team, to clearly explain complex concepts to both IT and non-IT project resources and to provide seamless transition to new PSC team members in order to ensure continuity within the project. The consultant will also provide subject matter expertise to the project team (IT and non-IT resources) and to the project manager and senior management as needed.
It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for one (1) year, plus two (2)]one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
