MOVING SERVICES
Intent
The Government of Canada is seeking Letters of Interest from interested companies that have the capacity, capability and availability to deliver moving services to assist travelers with baggage at Canadian Forces Bases (CFB’s) in Ontario and Québec. The purpose of this posting is to generate a list of possible suppliers that would be interested in being provided a copy of future solicitation(s) relating to the type of goods or services identified in the requirements described below.
Canada may, at its discretion, decide to only contact or solicit bids from the suppliers that have responded to this LOI.
Requirements
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) requires the services of moving industry organizations to move personal belongings/luggage from the main entrance/drop off areas of CFB’s in Ontario and Québec to housing buildings within these bases. These services are required upon the arrival of these people at the Base, and when these people are moving to another destination, belongings are required to be moved back to the main entrance.
