Description
The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) intends to enter into a Contract with a single contractor for the supply of the French Language Proofing Software including a one year warranty and maintenance and support.
This requirement also includes options to purchase additional French Language Proofing Software and maintenance and support as described in the solicitation documents.
The period of any resulting contract will be for one (1) year with CRA retaining the irrevocable option to extend for up to five (5) additional one (1) year periods.
