Description of Work:
The Business Analyst - Level 2 willbe responsible for the following services and tasks:
- Meet with the leaders of Branches, Divisions and, when necessary, business lines to describe how respective teams will be “on-boarded” and to obtain their commitment and agreement on the deployment approach and timeline.
- Confirm deployment schedule, identify and confirm the “Super Users” that will represent the business function and support the deployment.
- Produce preliminary reports on migration methodology; iRIMS/OTRM-GCDOCS compatibility; RDIMS/GCDOCS co-habitation; shared drives clean-up methodology; RDIMS/GCDOCS migration strategy (technical aspects).
- Only the above listed Bidders are invited to submit a bid for the one (1) resource category. CFIA will not send the RFP to a supplier that is not on this Notice of Proposed Procurement(NPP) invitation listing.
- The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource
