Advance Contract Notice for Calibration and Maintenance of Methane Gas System
CMHC intends to enter into a contract with EMT of Midland, Ontario to perform the ongoing calibration and maintenance of the methane gas system at Strasburg Square, Kitchener, Ontario. The service provider will provide semi-annual certification with recommendations for necessary maintenance and/or repairs.
The term of this contract is expected to be for two (2) years and the total value is not expected to exceed $31,000 including all applicable taxes.
Statements of capabilities from vendors who deem themselves qualified to perform this work, must be received on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EST, on February 15, 2016.
