Nature of Requirements:

The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide every inmate with essential health care and reasonable access to non-essential mental health care including dental services. All dental equipment and supplies are provided by the Institution.

Objectives: To provide and coordinate essential dental services during weekdays, and provide dental care services in accordance with the policies and guidelines of the Correctional Service Canada.

Deliverables: To provide up to a maximum of 644 hours per year at Collins Bay Institution. Proposed Dentist must provide their own Dental Assistant.

Expected Delivery Date: July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2018 with the option to renew annually for up to three (3) additional one year periods

After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
