DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:
To work with the Office of the Chief AUDIT executive in preparing and carrying out the Agency's AUDIT plan.

DURATION OF CONTRACT
Contract award - March 31, 2018 plus three (3) one (1) year option periods.
EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY
Basis of Selection: Lowest Evaluated Price Per Point.
1. To be declared responsive, a bid must:
(a) comply with all the requirements of the bid solicitation
(b) meet all the mandatory evaluation criteria
(c) obtain the required minimum number of points specified in Attachment 1 to part 4 for the point rated technical criteria.
