    NATURE OF REQUIREMENT:

    To supply and deliver to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) D Division Forensic Collision Reconstruction Program Unit in Brandon, Manitoba four (4) Global Navigation Satellite Systems/Global Positioning Systems (GNSS/GPS) mapping stations.

    An irrevocable option to acquire an additional two (2) mapping stations; described at Annex “A” of the Contract, under the same conditions and at the prices and/or rates stated in the Contract. The irrevocable option may only be exercised by the Contracting Authority and will be evidenced; for administrative purposes only, through a contract amendment.

    The Contracting Authority may exercise the irrevocable option at any time from within one year of the Contract Award date by sending a written notice to the Contractor.

    SECURITY: There is no security requirement associated with the requirement.

    EVALUATION PROCEDURES:

    Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation. An evaluation team composed of representatives of Canada will evaluate the bids.

    BASIS OF SELECTION:

    A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

    DEBRIEFINGS:

    Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.

    Delivery Date: The Crown is requesting delivery by March 31st. 2016
