GETS Abstract
CMHC wishes to enter into a contract with a vendor for the purpose of facilitating the Marketing, Sales and Property Management services of selected CMHC properties (1 -4 units) in Western and Northern Canada. More than one contract may be awarded as a result of this solicitation.
The initial term of this contract is expected to be for 1 year, with the option to renew at CMHC's discretion for 2 subsequent one-year renewal options. The annual value of this contract is expected to be $2,657,091.00, including all applicable taxes. Submissions must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EST, on March 7, 2016.
