DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – IE000666, Construct Integrated Healthcare Services Centre, Garrison Petawawa, Ontario

The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to construct a new Healthcare Facility at Garrison Petawawa, Ontario.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $29,400,000

Bidders are advised that bid and contract security is required when the advertised budget (estimated cost for this opportunity) is greater than $100,000. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193), paragraph 5.

This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.

The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
