Environment and Climate Change Canada has requirements in 2016 for: 1) the supply of a monitoring plan (including threat assessment), 2) weekly surveys for Roseate Terns at sites in northeastern Brazil (Pecém Harbor and the Banco dos Cajuais, Ceará) March, 2016 including 3) photographs of any banded birds recorded and 4) photographs of birds in all present life stages (plumages) for identification purposes.
