Description
CMHC wishes to enter into a contract with a proponent who will coordinate the use of Public Spaces at Granville Island, permitting community groups, private functions, events, and performances. As well, the proponent will be is responsible to adjudicate and administer the Granville Island Busking Program on behalf of CMHC in accordance with the Granville Island Busking Program Guidelines and Regulations. The Contractor is also required to provide strategies for continuous improvement in enriching the artistic atmosphere of Granville Island as it relates to busker programming.
The term of this contract is expected to be for 3 years with an annual value expected to range from $65,000K- $70,000K, including all applicable taxes.
Submissions must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EDT, on March 16,2016.
