Objective
The objective of this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) is to issue Contracts to acquire Court Reporting and Transcription services for the Military Police Complaints Commission of Canada (MPCC).
Period of Work
The work is to be performed from date of issue of any resulting Contract to March 31, 2017. The Bidder grants to MPCC the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by two (2) optional periods of up to one (1) year each under the same terms and conditions.
Evaluation Process and Selection Methodology
Basis of selection – point-rated; the responsive bid with the highest combined rating of technical merit and price will be recommended. (Note: this *is* from the SOW)

Enquiries - solicitation stage
All enquiries or issues concerning this procurement must be submitted in writing to the Technical Authority as early as possible within the bidding period.
Enquiries and issues must be received by the Technical Authority no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid closing date specified on the cover page or this RFSO document to allow sufficient time to provide a response. Enquiries or issues received after that time may not be able to be answered prior to the bid closing date.
Intellectual Property
The intellectual property shall vest with Canada under the following exception:
(6.5) where the material developed or produced consists of material subject to copyright, with the exception of computer software and all documentation pertaining to that software.
