PNWRC Air Cooled Condenser Replacement

SCOPE OF WORK

The works consist of the replacement of the existing roof top air cooled condenser with a new pad mounted (ground) air cooled condenser. Replacement of the unit consists of (including by not limited to): craning, mechanical DX condenser, condensing coil, refrigeration lines, insulation, electrical power systems, environmental waste disposal of units and refrigerant under FHR-2003.

The work on this contract includes coordination and cooperation with building personnel working on the site. Exact details are found in the contract drawings and specifications.

All contractors intending to bid are requested to attend the mandatory site examination meeting. This will be the only opportunity to visit the site, examine the drawings and discuss projects details. The site visit will be held at the following date and location, as stated below:

Interested bidders are invited to meet at Environment Canada, 115 Perimeter Rd. Saskatoon, SK S7N 0X4 on the 23rd of March, 2016 at 10am local time.

Failure to attend the “Site Visit” will result in bidder’s disqualification.
