Description

Great Lakes Pilotage Authority (GLPA) is inviting interested parties (Bidders) to respond to this request for expression of interest (REOI) for the supply andsystem support of personal pilotage units (PPUs) system for its marine pilots.

This REOI is the first of a two-stage competitive process where the REOI will serve to prequalify vendors, who will then be invited to respond to an RFP.
