Description

The Office of the Chief Electoral Officer requires the services of an ITSM System Administrator to support and maintain Axios Assyst, EC’s ITSM tool.

Elections Canada has implemented Axios Assyst as its ITSM tool for the past several years. EC is maturing its ITSM processes which requires additional configuration and usage of Axios Assyst components such as Service Management and Dashboards.

The objective is to support, maintain and expand the usage of Axios Assyst as EC matures within the ITSM framework.
