TENDER CLOSING DATE AND TIME:
April 13, 2016 at 3:00 p.m., Ottawa time
There will be a public opening in Room 306, 3rd floor after 3:00.
Delivery Date: The delivery times must not exceed six (6) weeks.
SITE VISIT:
A NON MANDATORY site visit will be held on Wednesday March 30, 2016 at 1:30pm Ottawa time on site at 40 Elgin Street in the Lobby across from the elevators. All costs incurred by the Bidder to attend the site visit will be at their expense. The NCC will not reimburse any Bidder for expenses related to the site visit. To confirm your attendance at this site visit, please communicate with NCC Corporate Security at 613-239-5222 or securityscreening@ncc-ccn.ca
at least 24 hours prior to the visit.
The procurement process of this tender is subject to Chapter 5 on the Agreement on Internal Trade.

Enquiries should be received no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response.
