Description of Work:
Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) has initiated a transformation project to implement an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system to support the management of corporate information in the Department. GCDOCS is the Government of Canada’s ECM offering built upon the OpenText Livelink software platform.
Veterans Affairs Canada requires the services of a Records Management Enterprise Architect with specialized technical and functional experience in the definition of retention and disposition schedules and implementation of classification structures, specifically to OpenText Livelink products. This individual will provide ongoing professional consulting services and expert advice to VAC’s IM/IT team.
The Records Management Architect will be required to work with VAC Information Management and Information Technology (IM/IT) staff to provide expert advice and guidance. The Records Management Architect will be responsible for assisting VAC in the development of business procedures around disposition processes (including identification, review and approval), as well as the technical configuration of the records management module in GCDOCS.
