This requirement is for cleaning services at the Canadian Embassy in Madrid, Spain, for a 2-year period and two one-year option periods.
The Embassy of Canada in Spain occupies the 21st and 22nd floors of the Torre Espaciocommercial tower, located at Paseo de la Castellana 259d, in Madrid, Spain. The gross area is approximately two-thousand five-hundred square meters (2 500 m2). The Embassy of Canada is currently in a process of disposing half of a floor. Consequently the expected gross area in the coming months will be 2000 m2.
The Contractor will be responsible to provide commercial cleaning services including all labour, monthly supervision, material, consumables, transportation, tools and equipment within all office, representational and utility spaces, recreational facilities and lobbies at the Chancery.
A mandatory site visit is scheduled for May 11th 2016 at a time to be confirmed later.
