Solutions-Based Informatics Professional Services (SBIPS) Requirement

This requirement is for the department of Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC).

This requirement is open only to those invited SBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the domain ERP/CRM.

Description of the requirement:

ESDC has identified a need for a modern and flexible workload management system which will facilitate an opportunity to generate vital business intelligence and enhance the delivery and stewardship of CPP and OAS (“Pensions”) programs. Their existing workload system, the Work Item Inventory Distribution System (WIID), will be replaced by a Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 solution. This solution will be referred to as the Interim Pensions Workload System (IPWS).

This project is being executed in an Agile-style of rapid prototyping, review and re-direction.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from Contract Award to January 9, 2016, with one (1) additional three (3) month option period.
