Sealed, signed tenders will be received up to 2:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time: May 30, 2016 for the attached services in accordance with the documents enclosed.

   Any tender received after the above noted time will be considered late and will be returned to the sender unopened. Tenders may be revised by email, letter or fax (613) 991-4545 provided the tender and revision(s) are both received prior to Tender Closing Time.

   Nature of the Work:

   Work under this Contract includes but is not limited to the provision of all labour, materials, and

   equipment required to:

   .1 Provide an engineered design for the installation of a pre-purchased TLOF lighting system

   for a heliport at CCG base Parry Sound. This involve detailing the subgrade requirements,

   some asphalt paving repairs, and a new concrete apron:

   .2 Provide all labour and equipment and material required to complete all civil works related to the installation of the flush mount TLOF lighting system.

Start Date: July 1, 2016

Completion Date: August 31, 2016

Bidders should note that all questions regarding this request for proposals must be submitted in writing, no later than May 20, 2016, 2 pm (2:00 hours) EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME to the contract authority. The department may be unable to respond to questions submitted after that date.

Fisheries and Oceans Canada will not necessarily accept the lowest or any of the tenders received and reserves the right to reject any and all tenders received which shall be final and at the sole discretion of the Department.
